Super full moon in Aquarius

Blessed Super Full Moon in Aquarius!
I want to invite us to pause for a moment…to drop into our breath. Before you close your eyes. Visualize a white golden beaming from Grandmother Moon down into your mind ~ gently moving down into your heart. You can be present with this breath and light for as long as you need.
Now lets harmonize with the rhythms of this moon! Although I sense that you may have been feeling the potency of this full moon already. A super full moon simply means that our Grandmother Moon is closer to our Earth Mother than other moon cycles. This magnifies/enhances the potency of the full moon energies. So all of us upon the earth tend to feel the energies days before the moon is actually full.
Aquarius is the element of Air.
Yet Aquarius is also the water bearer. Blessings us with the energies that can assist us in purifying our mind(air) and heart(water).
As I shared above ~ this full moon will illuminate all matters of the heart.
What has been emerging to the surface the days leading up to the full moon? Have you noticed any intrusive thoughts? emotions? wounds? or grief emerge to the surface?
This is an auspicious time to have uncomfortable conversations…that you may have been putting off for many moons. The time is now my dear.

On August 1st, Grandmother Moon is in communion with Aquarius. She is also embracing our Earth Mother closely.
Venus is weaving golden threads above us, the planet of love is currently in retrograde. This full moon cycle will illuminate matters of the heart.
We may find our hearts feeling deeply...when our hearts feel deeply our minds may begin to spiral. Pause for a moment...listen to whats arising within you. Are there any intrusive thoughts? wounds? emotions? grief ? being held in the heart/mind?
This full moon will lovingly hold our hand as we gently release what no longer serves us. Can also assist us in sitting heart to heart with our relations that may be a part of our grief/wounds.
SATURN
Saturn is the planet of concentration, permanence, tangible rewards, tenacity, ambition, and productivity. This taskmaster planet also rules caution, delay, constriction, limitation, responsibility, rules and regulations, pain, fear, authority, discipline, control and denial.
URANUS
Uranus is the plant of breakthroughs, innovation, and revolution which is so mystical as it was the first planet to be witness through a telescope in 1781! Uranus energies are also innovative, unpredictable, resourceful, imaginative, idiosyncratic and experimental, Uranus also rules creativity and scientific genius. Uranus' job is to break rules and demolish established patterns or structures, creating sudden-even radical-change.
VENUS
Our beloved Venus is at the peak of retrograde during this moon cycle. Venus~the planet of love, romance, prosperity, beauty, and art. Venus speaks to the way you express your desires, your passions, what you value, and how you relate to and experience pleasure. It also influences how you socialize, relate to, and attract others.

~ Spring Water
~ Vessel to hold water
~ Feather or Rosemary

I encourage you to visit a body of water. Otherwise create a sacred space in your home or outside in your garden/backyard.
Place down a cloth with all of your ceremonial companions.

Once you have created your sacred space, have whispered your prayer and are cloaked in divine protection..you may now enter ceremony.
Bundle your rosemary in your hand~you can also tie a string at the bottom. If you don’t have access to rosemary a feather or incense will be lovingly supportive as well.
Now with your cleansing companions, sweep across your mind/head. I like to start at the top of my head and follow my hair down.
As you sweep make sure you are fully present with the intention that you are sweeping away what no longer serves you.
Sweep your entire body from heavens(head) to your roots(feet)..
When you feel lighter..you can thank the companion that supported you and honor them accordingly.
~ Now pour your spring water in your sacred vessel. Youre welcome to add a crystal companions or anything that your heart whispers.
Place this vessel under the moonlight and ask Grandmother along with all of the cosmic companions up above to bless the water.
The following day you can either drink your water or add it to your bath or simply pour it on your head ~ be fully present as it moves down your body.
